This hotel is great for kids. They have 3 pools, they play movies out side, and the kids can make smores by the fire pit outside. The hotel was right down the street from Sea World, which was perfect. Only complaint was the pool was not real clean and the wait staff outside took forver. Other than that the hotel was great.

I picked this hotel because it was close to Sea World. We had a large group of people and some wanted to be able to go back and forth to the park. When we got there, there was no shuttle to the park. We had requested early check in. When we got there they didn't even have one of our 10 rooms cleaned so we could put the babies down for a nap. The kids pool was disgustingly dirty. We never felt like we could let the kids swim because it was so dirty. There was food floating in the pool one time were went by and another time, a dirty diaper. In the evening I went outside to enjoy the s'mores. It was nice outside on the patio with the music playing. However, all of the patio furniture was dirty. All the chair cushions had marshmellow and chocolate on them. Even the glass tables were dirty. I had a hard time finding a place to sit that was not dirty. There was only one sit down place to eat and it was $15 for the breakfast buffet. We had dinner there and the food was poor. Our waiter was great though! For the price of the hotel and it's rating, I expected much more!

Definitely go to the pool area (especially at night). The fires are wonderful for a late night drink.

positives: free shuttle to sea world, fire pits. helpful personel. negatives: rooms need maintenance: we had a bird's nest on our balconny, 2 lamp lights were broken.

Real disappointment, especially for the price!!! Very 'dog-eared' and not well maintainted. Also, the hotel is basically run by a bunch of 19 yr. olds! Proximity to SeaWorld was the only plus. My husband pulled up to the front drive, by himself with two small children and had to go get a lugage cart on his own to pile all of our things up to the room! Music on the patio on Fri night WAY TOO LOUD!! Door to TV armoire not only broken off the hinges, but missing! Just the lonely screws exposed for someone to rip their clothes on! My daughter slept on the fold out couch, don't know how! It was SO uncomfortable!!! AND, the plumbing throughout the hotel could be heard in our room all night! need I say more?

This is one of the funnest places a family could stay at in San Antonio. It is convenient to Sea World and it also has beautiful outdoor sitting areas that have firepits for you to sit around or the kids can roast marshmellows at. It is just as fun for singles and/or couples without children. One of the nights I was there they had a band that performed outside - it was really great! The rooms are clean and all the employees are very helpful and courteous. I have stayed there several times now and I love it. It is not so close to downtown, but I think that is what I like about it because it. You don't have to pay for parking or drive down the road to find a parking space. I promise you'll enjoy it.

Went for my sons gradution in the Airforce which in its self was wonderful,but staying at such a wonderful hotel made it even better the staff were great and very helpful especaily as i did not drive they got me a very good taxi service that i used for my whole trip a big thank you to Frank and all at the Radisson
