Subway station next door. And a late night mediterranean truck outside. Chicken over rice saved the day (night).

As well as the better known and more written about landmarks such as the statue of liberty and the empire state buiding, visitors really must visit Grand Central Station. The building is amazing and the eating places, shops and market within mustn't be missed. My favourite buiding in the whole of New York

The best thing about this hotel is the bed, the only downside is....it was SOOOOO comfortable I didn't want to leave to go sight-seeing!

Slow service, depressing, tasteless, rooms have not been renovated for ages, etc. Still getting goose bumps thinking about this hotel. I learn my lesson that brand (Double Tree) not necessarily you mean that you will get decent room. I have visitor out of country staying with me in this room and all time felt embarrassed for New York city about this third world country hotel.

This hotel was lovely, the room was spacious and clean. There were many amenities in the room, toiletries & mini-bar. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was very centrally located, close to many attractions. The bar was cool too but very expensive, but then you are in Manhattan. Overall, i would definitely go back again.

The service was second to none; the concierge was able to get us tickets for any event or activity we wished to go to including tickets to the Yankees. The location is superb not too far from Bloomingdale?s or form the Meat packing district for you clubbers out there. Also less than a minute walk to the local subway for journeys to downtown. Thank you for the pleasant stay
