100% excellent. I suggest internet to be complimentary for guests and not to be paid additionaly, expecially taking into account the executive class of the hotel. Furthermore, wireless was unstable and slow, so I had to use cable internet. Besides this, absolutely fantastic!

We had booked evening restaurant reservations for each night of our stay but decided we were too tired one night and opted for a local take out. Bottle of wine, TV movie and cosy relaxation..perfect!!

The corner rooms in this hotel are fantastic and can be had if one knows to ask. A good corner room allows you to have views of both the river and Lake Michigan.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The staff is unfriendly and uncooperative. I ended up checking out and going to another hotel.

This hotel was a treat for me. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the lobby area which has no atmosphere.

Swissotel is our favorite place to stay in Chicago. It's location is near Navy Pier, Millenium Park, and a short walk to the Gold Coast shops. The rooms are impeccably clean and the service is wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location and generally everyone was nice. There was a long line for check-in/check-out due to only 2 people behind the counter. The room was fine, not really anything special but the bed was great! The concierge desk was less than helpful, luckily we were already familiar with the City.

Classy and clean. Fantastic views of the lake and Navy Pier. Ask for a lake view room. Since the hotel is triangular, "corner rooms" offer good views too. Good work out area on top floor (more great views)and a nice 45 ft. pool. "The Palm" restaurant is top notch. The underground mall is on it's last legs. Desk staff should learn how to be more friendly. Overall, beautiful hotel!
