For nightlife, you can walk over to number of different bars & restaurants off of Rush Street and Division St. (its just a 10-15 minute walk).

I enjoyed my stay overall at the Raffaello, but had a couple of service issues with room and room service. Would have felt better if management wrote a note or addressed my concerns. Room quality and decor was nice.

My wife and I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway, and had a wonderful time. The room was fantastic. The rain head shower was a bit disappointing, but not enough to change the overall experience (maybe my hopes were too high...). We had a room that overlooked the John Hancock building, which is quite literally 1/2 block away. Michigan Ave. was 2 minutes, which was really great also. Parking was done at a public parking garage around the corner. I opted to not use the valet (at $45), and drove it over myself ($22/day). All in all, this was a great experience.

The hotel was great from the room to the staff and the convenience and location was superb. would stay here again.
