-one of the front desk people was very rude and not helpful at all. -ice machine only worked some of the time. -bed was extremely comfortable and the location is great.

This hotels is located in an area where all restaurants close by 10pm - plan ahead for your meals.

Use the Chicago Trolley and Double Decker Bus. They make stops at all the attractions and give a really good tour.

The decor is very modern, and looks cool from afar. But it is actually really cheap stuff. This a redone Best Western. My toilet was broken. The maid service was rude and overbearing. My reservation said it included Free wi-fi....that's just in the lobby. If you want to use wi-fi in your room....that costs extra. Rude front desk. Room wasn't ready when we tried to check in.

This is an older, but modernized and clean hotel. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are tiny. This hotel is an a great location, walking distance to almost everything in downtown Chicago, and for the price, I would stay there again.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the Magnificient mile, it's the best. Room was clean with walk in shower, hair dryer. Cable reception pretty bad though. We had to wait 2 hours until we got the room as nobody could tell us when it would be ready. We were so tired we eneded up taking the next room they had available even if it wasn't the one we asked for (bath tub). Let's say it was because they were too busy because of Memorial Day week end.

We stayed here because it was cheaper. Not worth the savings. Check in was at 3 pm our room was not ready until 4:15 and we needed to be changed and showered by 5. The hot water was not great and the tissue holder in the bathroom was broken. Also the towels were very rough.

The Inn of Chicago was a pleasant one night stay. It was inexpensive; convenient to the Magnificient Mile (Michigan Ave); 3 blocks from the subway; near restaurants and stores. The only drawback was the room with a queen size bed was small and the bathroom even smaller. For the price it was satisfactory.
