The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They printed my boarding pass and gave printed directions to places I wanted to go. The location of the hotel is ideal. Many wonderful places to dine near the hotel and easy walks to anywhere in the downtown area. I would stay there again.

I have had very good experience with the clerks and everyone. But my friend complained that when she first arrived (before I did), the service was a bit cold and unfriendly. The experience designer was nice and tried to help us to locate a Portuguese Restaurant, but it turned out to be a contemporary American-this might have been caused by the restaurant's old website (?). Rarely I would like to stay at the same hotel-I like different hotel experience, but will likely go back to this one.

It was our first time in Chicago,and this small hotel was absolutely perfect.The one thing I always miss when away is our bed,well not this time.The King size bed,the complimentary bfast,and the cocktail hour were wonderful perks that made a huge difference. The only minus was a young lady w/long dark hair that worked at one of the front desk....extremely rude,and always appeared bothered when asked a question.The rest of the staff was polite, & helpfull. If we ever visit Chicago again we definetly would stay at the Amalfi again.

Good quality, price appealing, good location downtown Having breakfast serve in every level very practical, like it a lot. Could have breakfast in bed.

This hotel was great. Check in/ out was super easy. The hotel is in the middle of the city. Easy walk or short cab ride to everything you want. I will stay there again when I go back.
