From the rave reviews I seen on this website I felt that this would be an enjoyable stay. How wrong I was. This hotel is well overpriced for what it has to offer. I paid $10.95, not including the drinks, for the same quality of breakfast that I could get at a lower rated hotel. I believe that next time I will stay at a lower priced hotel, at least there I get what I pay for and sometimes they are willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Hotel is excellent value for the price. I now know where to stay when I visit San Diego. Located between Sea World and Wild Animal Park.

Room for two had only one chair - a desk chair which was ok; however, we requested another easy chair and got a bar stool. After 2nd night, maids left bed accessory pillows on floor. Sheets around thin blanket were hard to use, kept pulling apart; top cover way too heavy & cumbersome. Oasis dining: misrepresented what was on buffet menu and charges: charged extra for coffee and juice - would have been better a la carte. DVD player broken, called desk to fix, wanted to watch DVD; promised to fix but never did. Room rather depressing - dark. Stingy with soap. Only really good thing was use of computers.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. We had five in our room and the bathroom situation was tight. There was only one sink,with a small counter. Since there was no dressing area or seperate toilet area only one person could get ready at a time. I would not stay there again, but it may work well for a smaller family.

Our room was nice and clean with a good kitchen, beds were comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was very good and reasonable, and we also enjoyed the pool and spa. We'll definately stay there again next time.

Large comfortable room. Like having the kitchette instead of having to go out to find every meal. Found it strange that the DVD player was in the front room the small T.V., but not a deal breaker.

We took our three kids to Sea World. The hotel was in a business district. There were lots of restaurants close by (Tio Leo's was our favorite) Also a grocery store and Target and other shopping within 5 miles. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress on the bed was comfortable too. The front desk was very helpful with maps and directions of how to get where we were going. Also we asked for more towels, pillows, and blankets and they brought us everything we requested in a timely manner. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. It was nice and warm even if the temp. outside was in the low 60's. They swam every night. The workout room was small, but good. It didn't take long to drive to all the attractions. We had a great time and would stay there again.

We were upgraded to the executive suite with a lot of perks. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The bed was so comfortable; I would definitely stay at the Woodfin suites again.

Eat at Ninos? a little mexican place around the corner from the hotel. They have awesome burros that are huge! They will keep you full all day!
