great and cheap place to eat in china town just behind the red light district is "eat mode".

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. It was very clean, had great services, and the food was fantastic. Yes, it was about 20mins out of the main centre, but the tram ride was fine. You get to see the residental areas. It's not always about just the city centre when you go away somewhere, and the tourism i feel. I would highly recommend this hotel. I was plesantly surprised.

Grab a No 2 tram into the centre, have an amazing night and grab the tram back to the hotel!

Get a taxi from the hotel and go to Volendam and Marken, make a stop at the cheese factory.
